Backpacking: When backpack straps break, coolclasps are near to hand. Use a coolclasp to hold your bedroll together easily. Coolclasps make superb extra clips on the outside of your backpack. Suspend your backpack from above your bed in a hostel. (not above your head, silly).
Hiking: When you're out of space in your pack, attach a coolclasp to a bag to sling it on your backpack. Hang your smelly shoes up safely - Coolclasps don't absorb odours.
Skiing: Hang your skis up easily with a coolclasp when you're walking back in the snow, wrap your clasp around the skis, click into position, and carry them over your shoulder using the strap.
