- Learn the basics of safe cycling in the city, right from your front door
- Master two routes tailored to your needs - that might mean a quick route to work, plus a longer leisure route for sunny days
- Build the confidence to cycle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions
- Decide on the best bike lock to buy to suit your needs, and what cycling clothing to choose to keep you riding comfortably, whatever the weather
