Cycling for Fun and Fitness training course builds on Commuting for Beginners, and is aimed at those who want to take their cycling a pedal stroke further. Through personalised one-to-one sessions, we'll teach you to cycle safely from A to B, as well as showing you how to enjoy cycling as a healthy and fun leisure activity. You'll discover the hidden gems of London, and set yourself personal goals to measure your progress. Whether you're training for a charity bike ride, or just want to see more of London and get fitter into the bargain, we can help.
